On the occasion of the XLII Palio delle Contrade di Vigevano, we will take a journey back in time to discover the intrigues of the Sforza court.

An exceptional guide will accompany you on this adventure, revealing sentimental facts and misdeeds in the favorite home of Ludovico il Moro, the man who fully incarnated the Renaissance man: patron of artists of the caliber of Leonardo Da Vinci and Donato Bramante, strategist and ruthless duke in search of both the affirmation of his power and the pleasures of the court, but also victim of human fragility.

The visit includes the climb to the panoramic point of the city, the Bramante Tower, from which you can observe the Piazza Ducale and admire details and curiosities which are impossible to see from other positions.

PROGRAM
The visit will take place Saturday, October 7th, divided in two turns
- At 6.00 PM
- At 7.15 PM

Meeting point in Piazza Ducale, in front of the Duomo

RECOMMENDED PARKING:

- Railway station (free)
- Piazza Sant'Ambrogio (with blue stalls - parking fee)


Price per person € 17,00 includes:

Price for children/teens ages 8* to 14 anni € 13,00 includes:
- Guided tour with an exceptional guide to the Sforza Court

*Not recommended for children under the age of 8

The tour is not suitable for people with impaired mobility since it presents a variety of physical obstacles and barriers

These conditions of sale integrate and extend the General Conditions of Sale for all that is expressly reported.

Confirmation of the guided tour
The activation of the event “Tour of the Renaissance Sforza Court | XLII Palio Contrade Vigevano” doesn’t require a minimum number of participants. However, given the large turnout, once spots are fully booked in one of the two available shifts (6.00 pm or 7.15 pm) you may be moved to the time slot with available seats, with due notice from the Organizer.
If the tour is canceled by the Organizer, the cancellation will be communicated within 3 days of the scheduled start of the tour.
In case of cancellation from the Organizer, the refund will be attributed following the guidelines indicated in EasyPreno’s General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale.

Membership fee and form
All the prices of services organized by Vigevano Promotions include the VAT and the membership fee, which is mandatory for participation in the guided tour.
To complete the membership, you will have to download and fill in the “Admission Application of the Vigevano Promotions Association” and hand it to the tour guide before the start of the tour.

Terms of cancellation
The right of withdrawal from the reservation is regulated by EasyPreno’s General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale.

In order to ensure the good organization of the tour and to communicate the confirmation or cancellation of the tour in time, it is only possible to request a refund up to 2 days before the start of the tour. The days are counted in reverse starting from the midnight preceding the day of the event.
After this limit, the cancellation will be considered as no-show and it won’t be possible to request a refund.
