WHAT ARE MICROTRANSACTIONS?

These are very low value transactions (micro, to be precise) for booking services within the EasyPreno platform, such as for example booking seats at festivals or events.


HOW CAN THEY BE MADE?

Within the EasyPreno platform it is always possible to carry out microtransactions with a bank transfer, or through fidelity points, PrenoPoints, which can be obtained in various ways:
- They are attributed automatically following a purchase, calculated on the basis of the value of the service purchased
- By purchasing a Loyalty Voucher of the desired value


WHY CAN'T OTHER PAYMENT METHODS BE USED?

The bank commissions associated with payment by credit card and with digital payment platforms are fixed and are charged entirely to EasyPreno as the service distribution platform.
When applied to small transactions, these consume the entire price of the reservations, not allowing EasyPreno to pay the organizers of the services and limiting the quality of the platform's service.


CAN I GET A REFUND FOR A MICROTRANSACTION?

EasyPreno microtransactions DO NOT provide for a refund, due to their low value.
